About Rovenzia
We are not a factory and not an installer. We are the link between the two: a company that has worked in the window and door trade for years, has carried out thousands of projects itself, and now puts that experience to work so you can order your windows direct, at factory prices and with certainty.
What we do
For years we have bought windows and doors from the same manufacturers — Gealan, Schüco, Rehau, Aluplast, K-vision, Aluprof and Reynaers — for our own projects. Because we order a lot, we get prices that a homeowner or a small builder never gets on their own. We pass that price on: you order through us at factory price. Delivery to the UK is quoted with your offer.
For that we offer one platform: you configure your window in the configurator, with the manufacturer's real profiles, sizes, colours and detail drawings, and within three working days you have a made-to-measure quote. No showroom, no salesperson, no middleman's margin.
We speak the factory's language
Ordering a window from a factory takes the right drawing, the right dimensions and the right word for every part. That is our daily work. We turn your configuration into an order the manufacturer can make without questions, and we check what comes back.
If something goes wrong, that is our conversation with the manufacturer, not yours. Because we order a lot from them, it matters to the manufacturer to get it right for our customers — and we hold them to it when they don't.
Checks on delivery
Every window is measured and recorded before dispatch; that measurement sheet goes with the order confirmation. On delivery you check yourself that what arrives is what was ordered, before you sign. Report any transport damage straight away, on delivery; our damage protocol then applies.
Fit it yourself, or with your own installer
We supply, we don't install — that keeps the price down and the delivery simple. You fit the windows yourself, or have your own installer do it.
Guarantee and legislation
We stand behind what we supply: a size guarantee on the ordered size, the manufacturer's guarantee on the profile and your statutory rights as a consumer. Everything we supply is made and delivered in line with the legislation of the country where it is ordered.
Where we are
Rovenzia is a trading name of Talvron B.V. and works from Deurne (North Brabant, the Netherlands). We work by email: we want everything we agree on paper, and email does that better than the phone.
