How it works: from measuring to windows at your door

Configure your window or door

In the configurator you choose the type (window, door, sliding patio door, bifold door), the layout, the material and the profile, and enter your sizes. You see the window drawn straight away, from outside and inside, with the manufacturer's real profiles and detail drawings. More than one window? You add positions and keep track of them all.

Request your quote

You enter your name, email address and postcode and send the request. That's all: no account, no phone number required. We turn your configuration into a factory order and ask the factory for the price.

A made-to-measure quote within three working days

You receive an email with a link to your quote page. It shows each window with the full drawing (outside and inside view to scale, corner profile), specifications and price — at the factory price our purchasing volume gets us. You receive the same quote as a PDF.

Want something different? In My Rovenzia you change the sizes, colours, opening direction or glass for each window, with the same choices as in the configurator. Your earlier request stays on file with its date, the new one is added and you receive a new quote. You can ask questions there too, and add photos of the opening or the house; we pass them on to the manufacturer where needed.

Acceptance and payment

On the quote page you accept and pay as stated there: by bank transfer to our IBAN, or by iDEAL if that button is on your quote page. Please note: a made-to-measure window has no cancellation period (that is the law for made-to-measure goods), so check your sizes before you accept. If you are unsure about a size, email us first.

Production at the manufacturer

The manufacturer makes your windows. During those weeks we are the point of contact on both sides: we speak the factory's language, and if there is a question about your order, we ask it. In My Rovenzia you see where each window stands (ordered, in production, ready, delivered) and you get an email at each step. Questions in between go in your file; we answer there.

Inspection and delivery

Every window is measured and recorded before dispatch (size guarantee ±2 mm). Delivery to the UK is quoted with your offer. Check the delivery before you sign for it. Is there damage, on delivery or while fitting? Report it in My Rovenzia: click the drawing of the window where the damage is, add photos and describe what you see. We put it to the manufacturer with the drawing and photos; our damage protocol applies.

Fitting: yourself or with your installer

We supply, we don't install; that keeps the price down. You fit the windows yourself or have your own installer do it. In England and Wales, replacing windows is notifiable building work: an installer registered with a competent person scheme notifies it, or you notify building control beforehand.
