Overall size of the frame, width and height	±2 mm up to 1 m, ±3 mm above that
Difference between the diagonals	no more than 1 mm up to 1 m, no more than 2 mm above that
Rebate clearance between sash and frame	+2 / −1 mm

in accordance with PN-88/B-10085

Size guarantee. We supply the unit at the overall size you entered in the configurator, within the following tolerances. Overall size of the frame, width and height: ±2 mm up to 1 m, ±3 mm above that. Difference between the diagonals: no more than 1 mm up to 1 m, no more than 2 mm above that. Rebate clearance between sash and frame: +2 / −1 mm. These tolerances are in accordance with PN-88/B-10085.

If the overall size or the difference between the diagonals of the unit as delivered is outside these tolerances, we supply it again free of charge: the unit is made again to the size you ordered. We do not repair on site, because we supply and don't install, and we do not offer a discount instead of a new unit.

The guarantee applies to the size you ordered. A measuring mistake in the size you gave us is not covered; for that we offer a remake at cost price. Every unit is measured and its sizes recorded before dispatch, and that measurement sheet comes with your order confirmation.
