Reynaers Aluminium is the manufacturer behind systems such as CS 77, MasterLine 8 and SlimLine 38 for windows and doors, ConceptPatio 130 for lift-and-slide doors and ConceptFolding 77 for bifold doors — with its own ventilation solution that fits inside the frame itself.

The second bifold door alongside the Aluprof MB-86 Fold Line HD, with the same eight leaves and the same leaf weight (120 kg). The difference: for the CF 77 the Uf is already known (1.66 W/m²K), for the Fold Line HD it is not yet.
The only lift-and-slide door we supply with up to eight tracks side by side, against two or three on the other lift-and-slide profiles. Insulates less well than a window (Uf 2.35) — at this size, that is the price of more moving, less insulating profile.
Aluminium window and door profile with a Hidden Vent version, in which the sash disappears completely behind the frame. Uf from 1.76 in the HI version — if you want better, the MasterLine 8 (from 1.2) from the same manufacturer is the alternative.
Same manufacturer as the ConceptSystem 77 but better insulated (Uf from 1.2 against 1.76 W/m²K), with its own door range up to 250 kg and Passive House certification — choose this when the door needs to carry as much weight as the window insulates well.
The slimmest window profile we supply: 33.5 mm of frame on view, for anyone who wants the look of an old steel window without the maintenance. Insulates less well than a standard aluminium window (Uf 1.9) — that margin is the price of the slim profile.

What is Reynaers CS 77?
CS 77 is Reynaers' window and door system with three design variants. In the HI version the Uf is between 1.76 and 2.05 W/m²K (higher for the standard version), with a 68 mm outer frame and 89 mm for frame and sash together in view; if you want better insulation from Reynaers, the MasterLine 8 (Uf from 1.2) is the one to choose. The system is also available in burglar resistance classes RC2 and RC3 — which class your installed window achieves depends, as always, on the hardware and the installation, not on the profile alone.

Alongside CS 77, Reynaers makes the MasterLine 8 and the SlimLine 38 for windows and doors, each with its own profile look and sightlines — with a 33.5 mm visible frame, SlimLine 38 is the slimmest window profile we carry. For a sliding or folding elevation, Reynaers also has the ConceptPatio 130 (lift-and-slide door, up to eight tracks side by side) and the ConceptFolding 77 (bifold door, up to eight leaves). Like the other aluminium manufacturers in our range, it offers a choice between insulation, sightline and way of opening, not one system that does everything best.
Ventalis: ventilation without a separate trickle vent
Ventalis is the ventilation solution Reynaers can build into the profile itself, instead of a separate trickle vent in the wall or the frame. That matters in renovation work, where building regulations can require a minimum level of ventilation in dry rooms and a separate vent does not always suit the look you want.
We carry five Reynaers profiles: CS 77, MasterLine 8 and SlimLine 38 for windows and doors, ConceptPatio 130 as a lift-and-slide door and ConceptFolding 77 as a bifold door. For none of the five do we calculate a price automatically yet — you put the profile together in the configurator and receive a quote made to measure.

Yes: CS 77, MasterLine 8, SlimLine 38, ConceptPatio 130 and ConceptFolding 77 each have their own profile page. There is no automatic price for these five yet — you put your window together and receive a quote made to measure instead of a from-price.
How well does Reynaers CS 77 insulate?
In the HI version between 1.76 and 2.05 W/m²K, with the standard version higher (taken from Reynaers system data, 14 September 2026). That is the heat transfer through the profile, not through the complete window with glass.
Is CS 77 burglar resistant?
The manufacturer offers CS 77 in classes RC2 and RC3. Which class your window achieves once fitted depends on the hardware and on how it is fixed — not on the profile alone.
What is Ventalis?
A ventilation profile that Reynaers can build into the frame itself, as an alternative to a separate trickle vent.
Is Reynaers uPVC or aluminium?
